THE PROCESS
Week 1: Onboarding
In this stage the wireframe is finalized. You begin to gather copy, images, branding assets, etc. We'll make a plan to best organize content for conversion. Next, we'll meet to discuss your creative direction based on this strategy.
Week 2: Design
We'll design the first draft/mockup of your website and send you a preview. This allows you to get a sense of what the website will look like and we can get your notes for any revisions.
Week 3: Build
The build starts and we implement assets to form a cohesive look. All imagery and copy must be provided by this stage.
*We can help with content creation and copy if needed at additional cost.
Week 4: SEO
Before we launch, we strategize your website's search engine optimization and we link domains, emails, google business, and any other plugins needed. You'll get the final look and we'll make final adjustments.
Week 5: Launch
We’ll fine-tune and hand over. Your site is now ready to launch. We'll provide you with a one-on-one tutorial session showing you exactly how to use your stunning new site.

When will my project start?Once we have chatted about your project (details, deadlines, costing) and received all content (imagery, copy, etc.) we can get started. Any flat rate projects will require a non-refundable 30% deposit to begin, we will let you know whether your project is hourly or flat rate. We require a minimum 48 hour (business days) heads up for all projects. If you're looking for a quicker turn around a 25% rush fee will be added to your invoice.

What do I need to begin?All images, copy and any other assets for your project are needed to start any project. If you are looking for help creating content, we are more than happy and ready to do so. These services can be added to any quote/invoice.

What are your rates for design work?We charge an hourly or a flat rate depending on the project. It's best to set up a call with us to chat about the details so we can provide you with a quote. Our hourly rate for design is $75/hr.

Do you offer payment plans?The simple answer....Yes. Depending on the project quoted, we can offer a few options for payment plans.
