When will my project start?

Once we have chatted about your project (details, deadlines, costing) and received all content (imagery, copy, etc.) we can get started. Any flat rate projects will require a non-refundable 30% deposit to begin, we will let you know whether your project is hourly or flat rate. We require a minimum 48 hour (business days) heads up for all projects. If you're looking for a quicker turn around a 25% rush fee will be added to your invoice.
What do I need to begin?

All images, copy and any other assets for your project are needed to start any project. If you are looking for help creating content, we are more than happy and ready to do so. These services can be added to any quote/invoice.
What are your rates for design work?

We charge an hourly or a flat rate depending on the project. It's best to set up a call with us to chat about the details so we can provide you with a quote. If you are looking for ongoing work we do offer monthly retainers at discounted rates.
Do you offer payment plans?

The simple answer....Yes. Depending on the project quoted, we can offer a few options for payment plans.
